it's a violation of the JCIM which was signed in June of this year. have your steward file a grievance for casuals in lieu of. good luck--make sure you file timely!

need steward advice on how to file a clerk grievance for mgmt sending PTF's home and keeping casuals or just plain having casuals at a station and the PTF's are not getting 40 hours...it's not right! any help apprecitated--thanks.
