Stained glass ripples
stained glass due to the colors of course, but also due to the spiritual connections we tend to associate with stained glass. The ripples...like ripples from a pebble reaching out far and wide.

My suggested title for it is: "Cosmic Eye". The image suggested a variety of ideas and associations to me: The Cosmos gathers together, all the infinite variety of forms join towards a center, so that from diversity we may yet achieve unity and harmony, with nothing lost, everything cherished. From the joining of so many different elements, greater wisdom is created, and the Cosmic Eye sees everything and everywhere, with greater wisdom than the single element can. It has the power of synergy from the melding of many, where yet each individual is important and valued and must retain its own perspective to be able to contribute something unique to the mix. And the wisdom focused at the center can move outward in ripples and be shared with every ring, traveling through the spiral with speed and cohesion. I could probably extrapolate further about how this reflects humanity and the joining of many cultures so each gains from what the others have. And that there should be a preserving, not mutual destruction so that only one remains. Each diverse element can be treasured without excluding others. If life and love are to prevail, acceptance and non-contradiction should be encouraged. We are all one family, each unique and different in some ways, each with the same needs and joys at the root. HI,
I did a quick web search on interconnectedness, and then this came up with the picture. And at first, I thought of dichotomy, and then I thought, I'll just write reflections. So then I read someone's posting, perhaps in Argentina becuase he said: Alo, I think....
Anyhow, that person explained it better.

Alo!
Excessive artistic skill! the look is lost in nuances, moreover in mental constructs.
i see two confronting sides, more or less attached to each other. it's a reflection of eternal struggle, a reflection of evil in goodness and vice versa...
Central depth, each of the circles is more monotonous, full of vain
immediately, i linked the picture with the modern state of society...in former times profoundly, emocionally involved...nowadays isolated, completely in the dark about.and when the surface is eventually at peace, question arises, what does the future hold in Her hands?... apathy, uniformity perhaps? it's up tu US

name for the "interconnectedness project" i would like a title along the line of the quantum physics term "entanglement". in a way the German "verschränktheit" is much nicer than entanglement. "entanglement" means basically "mess". "verschränktheit" has much more dignity, feels much less messy, it is for example what pharao's arms are in those famous egyptian sculptures, crossed-over. more like "entwinement".

Pozdrav!
Nadvse umetelno! se pogled izgubi v niansah, posledično v miselnih konstruktih.
vidim dve konfrontirajoči strani, bolj ali manj povezani v eno. reflektiranje večnega boja, odsev zla v dobrem in obratno. središčna globina, sleherni nadaljni krog bolj enoličen, prazen, brez leska. precej sem sliko povezal s stanjem moderne družbe...nekoč globoko, emocionalno povezani, danes tavajoči, osamljeni. in ko se eventuelno površje umiri...mar prihodnost ne obeta nič dobrega, le enoumje in brezbrižnost, podvrženo trenutnim vzgibom, koga?

I see the depth of layers formed by human conflict. I hypothesize that people define themselves in part (if not totally) by the conflicts occur between their minds (emotion, values, morals, thoughts) and their body (reproductive drive, physical gratification, etc.) The center of this radially balanced work speaks to me as being the "core" or the point of clarity/balance. Meanwhile the chaotic wave like cellular structures emitting from the core strike me as being a realization of both mental and physical chaos with the darker blues and reds being of a more internal mind based nature and the light blues, greens and whites speaking for the physical. While these structures can serve as positive defining elements, it is also very possible that they serve as barriers keeping the individual perpetually frozen in a state of self that is inconsistent with the self that they desire to be.... just some thoughts :P

No...nekaj rahlo bizarne (nad)naravnosti; v trenutku, ko sem zacel pisati tale post, se je zgodil en lusten potres in nekoliko zamajal monitor. Dobrodoslo osvezil perspektivo. Fikcija ali realnost...nagibam se k realnosti.
