I work at a level 22 post office in VA. Mgmt is cutting the PTF's hours and giving overtime to clerks on the OTDL before maxing us out at 40 hours for the week. Mgmt is also working them on their NS day but under 8 hours before giving the hours to us at a straight time rate. I know there is a 8 hour guarantee for them working their NS day. Is there reference material and can a grievance be filed. Please help me remedy this situation ASAP. Mgmt is creating a very hostile work envirnomnet among craft employees.
