"I lost several friends in the fire. I was recently at the site on Christmas Eve day; or at the bottom of the hill to be more presise. I wanted to walk up the hill and just look around. Although, I'm sure there's not that much to see anymore. I just feel and have felt for many years I need to go up there for some strange reason, There was a no tresspassing sign, and I did'nt want to risk spending Christmas in jail. Who could I contact to get permission to go visit the site the next time I'm in Newport?"
first of all you are in the city of Southgate. you would need to call the owners of the property to get permission and then notify Campbell County Dispatch & the Southgate Pd to let them know you have permission to be up there, from what i know they do not let people up there all the time. just for special events.
