37. We have a number of PTR's in Tucson and management is reposting their bid jobs with fewer hours than the original bid. For example - 36 hour PTR job is being reposted as a 25-hour job. I spoke with Rob Strunk about this last week and he does not believe that there is anything in the contract that would prohibit the reposting to fewer hours. Answer: Pres. Burris – National has filed Step 4 and have been awarded, if it is in violation of Garret or Das award over Article 1.6, management can reduce the hours.
