Hey Frey your diet sounds just like mine. The only thing different is that I have upped my calorie intake and I am actually losing weight now. The average male needs about 1500-2000 calories a day, any less and your body thinks your dying of starvation.
Jason is right, I used to eat yogurt for dessert but now I eat cookies.
Also another hint is to have your largest meal of the day at breakfast. Your body needs the most energy at that point. Try having a big breakfast, a smaller lunch and then an even smaller portion for your last meal of the day. I do this and it works, I even sleep better with because I am not having bizarre nightmares.
