Unfortunately, the best diet is still following that blasted Canada Food Guide combined with regular exercise. By doing that a few years back, albeit with a fairly intense workout regime, I dropped 30 pounds in 3 months.
Then again, the lure of eating more and moving less is way too compelling, seeing as I'm back to being a fat bastard!
