Wow. That's hardcore. Your diet would make the average Norwegian proud--except for that attempt at adding flavour of course.

I'm surprised you're getting enough calories to function. Getting fewer calories than you need will prolong the time it takes to lose weight--your body enters a psuedo-starvation mode where it squirrels away energy as fat because it feels it needs to.
I'm not an expert, but that's what I've been told. You might be able to up your caloric intake and see an increase in weight loss. I'd suggest running this past someone who knows what they're talking about of course! =)
