Albamy Sun. Lots of guys showed despite the 105deg. heat to race on a heavly watered track. We had many in the 40c who really are 40c riders great to see this.Fallon,Kevin,Harrison, Holt,Chrissey,Greg, where some who made the race and again most made both motos in the Pheonix like heat. Talked to Mary Radmacker, but no Rick??Wild Bill was a watcher on Sun,and a blast from the past Larry Fagan has a grandson racing. How do you know you ARE OLD,some guy says Hi John talks about a race you had, how good too see you again ,etc. You talk for 10-15 min.say bye.Later on after the races he stops by again and we talk, finally I can't stand it any longer,I;ve got to ask THAT Question "WHO ARE YOU?",same guy talks to Naylor in the tower and Bill know right away who he is, Larry Fagon!JR Edited 07-24-2006 06:46 AM

Keep talking about Canook Land and it brings back such good times and memories. By the way...those "wicked" Canook's let you buy 222's and the like w/o a prescription!!! Shocking isn't it!!! We just came back from fishin' and hit Walmart before the border to get some pill relief! It's just things like Tylenol with codiene! (Yes, no problem getting them or/and JR across the border!) Surprising to me too! What's up with this drug info on this site??? Edited 07-22-2006 09:06 PM

Jimmy, Horn Rapids is a fun track and winter friendly. The sand track at Longview is ridable most of the winter. Riverdale is also a possibility, however they can have standing water on the track. Gordy

FYI,
There is a possibilty of a 3 to 4 race series this winter with the Washington Oldtimers. We are checking into tracks that would be weather friendly. We would like to have the races before the 2007 Nationals begin. Any track ideas??
Thanks

Thanks Curtis. Looks like I might ride myself into moto shape just in time for the ski season. BC Oldtimer really is a fun event. The track is pretty fun (very oldtimer-friendly) and the scenery around the area is spectacular. We're already talking about going back next year and spending an extra couple days. --Dave

What a great weekend of racing at B.C. If you missed Charlie Burchinal's two jokes they were priceless. Awesome dinner as always. Thanks to Bill Mcdonald and the Taj-Mah-Hauler, and for having my bike ready for each moto. Kevin, Jackie, Mitchell, Mitch , JoAnn, Robin, thanks for the corn on the cob. Fraser Valley's finest. The racing was close, well for Bill and Kevin it was. Dave Schmid had some good rides too. Plan on riding this event next year if you haven't before. Don Tocher and the B.C club really put on a FUN weekend. Curtis.
