Barnara Ess teaches photography at a couple of colleges in the New York area. Gail Vachon is a filmmaker and graphic artist in Brooklyn, if I recall. She has a website. Her daughter is a filmmaker, too. We touch briefly on the Y Pants in Rock That Uke. We communicated with Barbara Ess about being interviewed, but she was overextended enough that it never panned out. You can buy their collected works on CD, though, and there's a fair amount of phase-shifted electric uke in it. It's a cool album.
