SWT apologize for the problems encountered by passengers wishing to buy tickets on Tuesday 20 November when the booking office was closed during the morning rush hour. They are well aware of the problems caused by closure at this time of day and do all they can to avoid it. If it should recur please could you let me know how it is handled. Joe.Brett@shra.org.uk
