Richard, I'm fairly sure it was rejected. I have certainly heard no noice and I live very close to the college. There was a list of those licences awarded published in the Evening Standard and there were none in Teddington and very few in Twickenham. I can't remember the statistics, but the number of licence applications received in Richmond was, not surprisingly very large compared to those which were granted....
