It had come to my attention that most humans experience cultural complacency. Looking at the same thing everyday and believe that it is the norm.

Intellectual complacency-boring.
Emotional complacency-no passion
Spiritual complacency-no hope.

Stone up friends. Give it your best shot. And more important if along the way you run into a fellow non complacent...celebrate.
