My concert is today and I can hardly contain myself!!!!!! about 9hours from now!!! (outdoor amphitheater)
We're all gonna have to bring umbrellas cuz news is saying its gonna rain from late afternoon thru all evening... man I hope not... but.. well this IS Seattle...yesterday was a great day.. and now the weather's suppose to drop 20 degrees (60's) and rain...
but Ill be going.. unless it gets cancelled before I leave for the 2 hour drive up there to Marysville, but I plan on going anyway cancellation or not.. hahahaha!! who knows.. maybe Ill get my own private concert!!!! WHOO HOOO!!!!!

It got cancelled 30 min. before showtime

Its prob. for the best, what with the rain.. but it turned into drizzel about 30 min of what would have been the concert.. who knows.. maybe if it wasnt cancelled.. someone might have slipped from the rain.God forbid!
Yeah Im bummed.. I REALLY wanted to see the guys again!! 2 hr. drive up there.. hung out for about 30 min. that walked over to the amphitheater and people were walking back.. so of course we had to go see for ourselves.. and yep.... it was cancelled due to electrical something or another...
soo went back into the casino, stood in line for about 45 min to get the cheapest food there. ate. went into the lounge nearby.. waited for about 20 min or so for a waitress to come by.. no one did .. so we said.. to He## with waiting for a waitress.. walked all the way back to the far end of the parking lot where the show was gonna be.. got in.. and drove 2 hours back...
oh well... guess not this time.. wonder when they're gonna come back this way.. maybe it'll be at emerald queen casino.. which is MUCH closer.. Ojays, Smokey, Al Green.. etc...they all schedule themselves there.
Just thought I'd put the news over here instead of at the concert reviews...
I even signed up to take tomorrow off work, cuz I know how I feel after a Tempts concert.. and I know I wouldnt have been able to concentrate on work... but.. maybe I'll go in late to work and surprise them.
Maybe it was for the best.. Maybe next time. Ive waited 2 1/2 years.. I can wait longer.. gonna hate waiting till they get out here again... hahah.. but I'll get to see them again..

Reasons to Vote for Obama:

What he lacks in experience he makes up in leadership. He has mobilized and organized campaign supporters and volunteers in unprecedented numbers. He has strategically continued to actively campaign despite being heavily ahead in the polls and in areas that were considered extreme red areas. He has not gotten cocky and shows that he will continue to give his all until the desired results are achieved.

Experience: many of his opponents and their supporters have cited his lack of experience as a handicap to his presidential qualifications. People need to be reminded that before our current president was president, he was a governor for almost 2 full terms and yet his EXPERIENCE did little in helping him run the country.

Are you happy with the current state of our country? If not, a vote for McCain carries too great a risk that Bushonomics will continue. As everyone knows McCain has agreed with Bush policies over 95% of the time, something that McCain himself has readily admitted too. Whether his motives were to set down a failed foundation for his presidential candidacy which means he sacrificed the American people for his own ambitions or he exercised "POOR JUDGEMENT," as seems to be the case with: his involvement with the Keating 5, his 2000 presidential campaign and how he ran out of money, and most recently his alignment with Bush politics. With the current state of our country can we AFFORD to elect someone who has a history of exercising POOR JUDGEMENT?

Obama is a Terrorist??? If he is a terrorist as so many McCain supporters assert, then he must be a genius to elude the scrutiny of the FBI, CIA, Interpol, Homeland Security and other terrorist watch groups because to-date non of these agencies have released reports, stated that Obama is a person of interest or suggested that Obama has terrorist ties. I ask where is the logic?

I am reaching out to the undecided because I see that this decision weighs heavily on your mind and that you are approaching this election with logic. I as an independent voter can attest that I made my decision not based on partisanship, race (in both directions blacks who are voting for Obama because he is black and whites who REFUSE to vote for Obama because he is black), or because this election is historical (which is undoubtedly is) but because I am unhappy with the direction that this country has moved these last 8 years. I am ready for our country to prosper again and I not only do I believe that Obama is the better candidate between the two but I also truly believe that he can inspire change and perpetuate tolerance and hope.

Hi yah! Hi Bassman with your sexy dance moves. I always thought he was so cool and sexy the he would do his dance moves. Coey I haven't seen your name on any of the other sites until now. How have you been? I really miss you guys. Did you move back to was it Minnesota? I was looking at the picture I have of you, my girlfriend from VA and "O". Weaky do you get my emails? I hate change but it's hard to go back to yesterday once you leave it. I think about you guys all the time though. My girlfriend talks to "O" sometimes so I get some updates as to what is going on with the group, but the first time I talked to anybody from the gang was to Shari day before yesterday when she told me about Pat. I almost fell off my chair. Of all people for that to happen to. I will hold her in my prayers. I hope I can get to see her before the year is out.
