Hi, I was wondering if there is any hope for Great Ork Gods to be released. I understand that it is a lot of work, but the last updates on the website seem more than a year ago... The concept of the game look great. cheers!

My, you are finding all the problems...
That seems to be fixed now. Not sure what was wrong with it.

Hi there.
Sorry for bothering you again.
I am trying to check something. I had tried to use the email sending feature, but the page seemed to not work. I am trying to see if my service is blocking it, or if there is a problem with the "contactsend" page.
In my e-mail, I tried to explain that my gmail account is NOT the one I want to use, but my yahoo account. I submitted the gmail account to see if the verification would work for that.
My yahoo account is my intended recipient of the mail for the Great Ork Gods.
So, is anyone else having this problem? If not, then it may be my service provider.

I'm sorry to bother you all about this, but I am trying to get on the mailing list for Great Ork Gods, but I am unable to validate it. I even tried to send an e-mail, but that doesn't work either.
Here is what I had in te e-mail:
----------------------------------------------------- Hi there. I have signed up for the news letter, but I am having a problem with validation.
I received the e-mail to valiadate my desire to be on the mailing list, but I am taken to a white screen with the following message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/greato00/public_html/confirmsignup.php on line 20
I wonder if something I did caused the problem. When it had asked for a name, I thought I could put something other than my real name, so I put Da_PeeceKeepa. Could that have caused it?
So, is there anything I can to do fix this?
Thank you for you time. I hope to see this game soon. Bye!

Great Orks, being ugly and green. That looks about right for you Jack. I am sitting in an office doing the usual admin filing and copying: A far cry from poetry society evenings at Warwick uni. Get in touch if you have mo. I would say more about the orks and that but I am highly unitiated to the great world of ugly green monsters...Take Care, Emma (ninaogrongle@yahoo.co.uk)

Good news to anyone watching. The artwork is in, with any luck and a good wind a final version will be out by the end of April.

Hi Jmac,
Glad you've enjoyed the game, thanks for the comments.
The IIEE stuff is not really made clear in the playtest rules, the current version I'm working on clears stuff up (hopefully) and may even get released soon. The intended ruling on Oog victory is who has the highest Oog obtained by any single Ork.
If you do write up some adventures I'd be interested in hosting them on my site.
Cheers,
Jack.

Hi!
I've run the game several times for my friends. We had stable laughter and enough fun. Those who never played RPGs before were much more comfortable and started doing right thigs just as the game started, "roleplayers" took their time to adjust. Generally, I like the game very much :)
Once we had no d10's - I've made a recalculation for d6. Slightly worse, but well enough, I guess. Once we played with no dice at all - human-based random number generator was a little tiresome, but game worked nevertheless :)
We had a little problems with declarations and executions of actions (IIEE I guess) - these were solved by "gods decide everything" and jokes. Must be just my awkward GMing, I'm really not sure.
We were calculating the overall score - total Oog divided by total number of orcs - to decide who is really the Oogest one.
Now I'm considering thinking up a pack of adventures - I didn't manage to do it on the fly and I've twisted the example one enough times and ways, I guess :)
