I frequently try to have lucid dreams and do experiments in which my sister hides some information in my bedroom that I try to glimpse in a lucid dream. I want to prove that lucid dreamers interact with reality. So far, however, I have not been able to prove it.

I'm a little scared of lucid dreams, even though I do find them fascinating. Do you think you can actually get a good night's sleep if you are lucid dreaming?
