As a native of Chelsea-and-by-Chelsea-I-mean-Sylvan-Township-near-Chelsea, I have to take token offense at Lynne's statement. The net flow of township/village BS is very much not coming *from* the township. But then, I could be biased, since Township Trustee / Planning Commissioner Earl Heller is my parents' next-door neighbor.

Thanks Larry. I always kind of wondered what the advantages to being a city are. I guess it just means they dont have to take any more BS from the township anymore.
