Last night i woke up in my bed unable to move with a loud ringing in my left ear when i tried to move i had something whispearing in my ear and then chest pains and it kind of felt like my lungs were filling up with water i tried to grab my remote control but could only twitch my fingers i then got a horrible pain in my wrist and when i tried to shout for help which i could not do i heared something scratching away fast at my wardrobe and at the same time was saying 'shhhh' which seemed to go on for quite a while i kept trying to move and eventually came out of it but it was terrifying.
