Taybo:
* No -- it should include all ranges of the given size covering at least some part of [0..100]. The [100..109] bin will only contain scores in the range [100..100], though.
* You should write a separate (but similar) program to use the user-given bin size.

BJB: Either real code or pseudocode will work. If you're writing it in C, ``scanf("%d", &x)'' works. (de nada)
