1) Have a normal sleep schedule. (without exception...) 2) Stop eating anything with sugar (with exceptions...). 3) Stop watching TV (with exceptions...). 4) Learn to say no without feeling guilty. 5) Stop trying to "save" people. 6) Spend more time with friends. 7) Be more sociable. 8) Stop going to Natalie and Emily's house. 9) Find a girl to cuddle and then stuff full of ice cream. 10) Be a better person. 11) Stop getting used by others and stop feeling used. 12) Be able to set limits with certain neighbors. 13) Master calculus, UNIX, and cuddling.
