 we've mentioned sms developments. Is there anyway for sms to be translated into different languages? e.g departure and arrival times of buses in Hindu. Perhaps using a prefix number when requesting information?

Anyone have any info about usage of phones in 1st generation BME's who's first language isn't english? (there are app. 21 languages spoken in Brighton alone)

Would fit with the Bridging the Digital divide element of E-innovations.

Can this bulletin board help people swap ideas being collected on the blog?

Is this a good use of the technology for encouraging people to share ideas?
