I'd quite like to know how Sprint's PR machine managed to persuade Associated Press to put out such a positive viewpoint analysis of its latest layoffs.

The company made half a billion dollars worth of profit 2002, but about the same in losses this year - and yet they still found someone to say it's good news! Motley Fool doesn't think so; do you?
