The current situation at the World Trade Center regarding admission fees would not be such a burning issue had the WTC designs at http://www.geocities.com/buildingpreservationtech/index.html been followed.
That mixed use design would have attracted so much activity, that the entrance fees would not be a worrying issue.

Jane Jacobs recenlty died and a Memorial Celebration of her life was held in Toronto.

The design at http://www.geocities.com/buildingpreservationtech/index.html

is superior in design to what is currently offered architecturally, in its memorial functions, incorporating sporitual components, having a diversified mixed use for the buildings, and with respect to safety.
