Hey Andrew - looks sort of like New Orleans JazzFest! No, just kidding - I actually saw this story a while back and it is pretty interesting.

This would never work in a lot of countries -- the shame of women's bodies is so strong in some African countries that they used to cut off certain body parts. Interesting display of power as well as a lack of power/equality.
