1 Guy Kewney 02-29-2004 05:13 AM ET (US)	Orange still doesn't have the required number of 3G phones to launch a full 3G service, but it has started a service nonetheless. Are we going to see 3G work? or will other technologies now take over? Like, for example, Flarion's OFDM?
