     Has anyone ever done a study of the mind of the common vandal? What motivates them? If they get energy for their activities through adrenalin-rushes of rage or somthing else? Do they carry tools into and wreck bathrooms and other public facilities in a premeditated way, or suddenly go into a destructive rage at the sight of plumbing? Think of the energy that it takes to break a steel or brass coat hook, or a sink, etc. As my old high school gym teacher said, what kind of a pervert would want to stay in a toilet stall any longer than he had to?
