Why does Microsoft write such bloated crap, when it actually knows how not to?

That's kind of interesting, for two reasons. One, surely anyone asking for Sendo contact is surely likely to cause your Microsoft Smartphone to burst into flames? And the other demolishes a pet theory of mine - that you can tell how long someone's been using a PC by the balance of how much they use the mouse, and how much they use shortcuts and the tab key. I use the mouse as a last resort; my relative-newcomer-to-PC's wife uses it because she never learned to memorise shortcuts. Guy's been in this game longer than I have (quite a while - which means I remember upgrading to MS DOS 3.1...) and yet he seems to use the mouse more than me. Use the tab key, Guy. It speeds things up a hell of a lot.
