Good Sunday Morning. I hope all of you are not too tired from celebrating 100 Years Since the Merger festivities. (Remember its not over until its over, and next month theres a chance to participate in the Centennial attempt to break the Guinness World Record for longest handshake chain over at Long Dock.) But, if you feel like just lounging around today, doing pretty much nothing until Mad Men this evening, Ill summarize this past weeks musings on Beacon Citizen Network so you dont have to freeze your brain reading that stuff. I can always tell that its going to rain when the Flea Market gal posts a few notices on BCN reminding citizens to come to the Flea on Sunday. And sadly, but true to form, she posted a follow-up announcement saying that the weekly sale was cancelled once again today due to the rain cloud. This past week the fake moderator posted the PoJo piece about Detective Sgt. Sassi. He then posted a follow-up comment saying that whoever is making decisions in this case should keep in mind that it has high visibility in Beacon. Im not sure what that has to do with anything, but Im glad he gave that heads up to the official investigation. The reading tutor who often advertises on that other site posted another one this time suggesting that parents spend some money with her because they should not let the depressed economy keep children struggling with reading writing or spelling from falling further behind. And the 3rd Annual Community Planting Day announced that they would be celebrating Beacons 100 years by celebrating 150 years of horticulture. Well good people thats about it for today. I leave you this week with the best money making tip youll ever receive: secure the exclusive Purell concession for Beacon's attempt to create the longest handshake chain. Edited 05-19-2013 09:09 AM
