Cliff, I'd choose Maria. She's the most "genius" of the group of people. I might not be able to understand everything she says about physics, but I'd bet she'd be very interesting to talk to. My second choice is the woman named "fractal", just because she's the woman most unlike me. I'd never get to chat with someone like her in "real life."

Cliff, Fractal would be the one for me, although i don't really share her fav position. Her taste in music & pictures etc are quite similar.

I'd go with Xeni. Her articles and NPR stories are excellent. She's a fascinating lady.

this is such an easy choice. maria. and nothing to do with "genius". but rather, mental and emotional health.
and bonus points for playing drums, as i do also.

I choose Maria, without question, for her combination of brains, looks, and the extra dimension.

Fractal. Definitely. I've always gotten along well with female serial-killers. Plus she likes "Family Guy"... How can you go wrong with that combination?

Xeni. Definitly Xeni. I'm more familiar with her work, she writes a great deal on subjects I'm interested in, she is extremly intelligent and I also happen to be incredible attracted to her. http://caffeineslinger.typepad.com/les/

While Fractal would probably be extremely interesting I'm not sure if I'd like to deal with someone who drinks red wine while on MAO inhibitors.
Maria is my choice. Exotic looks and exotic particles. I've made reservations at Milliways, Maria. Pick you up at eleventy?

Stelarc. After dinner we could go stomping around my neighborhood with his robot, looking for that #$@% kid with his noisy gas-powered skateboard.

Maria, because she is cute. Yeah, I'm that shallow. Second choice would be Fractal.

I think spending time with ANY of the SuicideGirls would be a wonderful growing experience. I'm familiar with and a fan of Xeni's writing however. Nothing's more attractive than brilliance more interested in questions than answers.

I choose Xeni Jardin. She is a tech-culture journalist, a topic that most interests me. She is also a contributor to Wired Magazine, and National Public Radio.
