Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being.
Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
One can actually feel the all pervading divine power as a cool breeze, as described in all religions and spiritual traditions of the world.
This is the actualization of such transformation, which is taking place now, worldwide, and has been proved and experienced by hundreds of thousands in over 90 countries.
It is entirely free of charge, as one cannot pay for the experience of Divine Love.

Hey, we did our first Simple Spiriutality over the winter and it was an amazing time. We started our second group last month (June) and I was honestly a little worried that our first experience was 'special' and wouldn't be duplicated. However, the newest group is going extremely well and I now have two sets of leaders who would like to get groups started for the fall. We're a pretty new and small church and this has been great stuff for getting us going on the right foot and making community accessible to believers and not yet believers together. Thanks!

Update from John Blackman

Took an 8 month hiatus from Using Simple Spirituality and have just come back to it for a third time through...this third time things have really begun to pop. I am more comfortable with the material and my role as a facilitator. I have added some scripture passages to the readings. We use e-mail to post insights & encouragements to the members through the week to encourage them to keep at the practices. However this encouragement is for the purpose of keeping them priming the pump for the benefit of the group. I am becoming more, not less interested in
the unique process as I have re-used the material.
