I'm having the worst time trying to find the philanthropy discussion board so I'm just going to post my message here and copy and paste this later. I'm starting to notice organizations that we listed as potential recipients of our donation are beginning to pop up and submit proposals (e.g. Winton Youth Center, Women's Crisis Center, and Boys and Girls Club). I feel that the WCC and Boys and Girls Club target an age group (5-17 yrs. old)that I feel is great for the project, but I also respect the Winton Youth Center for only requesting $2,000(i.e they may notice that other organizations need funding as well and they 'll only take what they need). Out of the three new proposals I enjoyed the SMART girls program for the B & G Club the most.
