Roger Karraker, who has lived in Forestville for 20 years, is the owner/producer/editor of the site. Roger is a journalism instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College and former columnist for the Forestville-based "The Paper." He's been online since 1983. He's a former president of Forestville Citizens for Sensible Growth.
 
Vesta Copestakes, the editor/publisher of the Forestville Gazette, has lived in Forestville for 14 years. Vesta is an interim board member of the Forestville Planning Association and an active member of the Forestville Chamber of Commerce. Vesta quickly accepted Roger's offer to provide an online home for the Forestville Gazette.
 
Here's how we divide the work: Vesta posts Forestville Gazette articles, photos and calendar items on the site. Roger maintains the website, posts other non-Gazette articles and monitors the discussion areas.
 
The Forestville Gazette is published monthly. The website www.95436.com is updated continuously. If you want people in Forestville to know something fast, send it to Roger. Vesta checks the site daily and even more often as her monthly deadline approaches.
