I have a few fond memories of Postum too. I think they still make it. I remember buying it a few years back for old times sake but I haven't looked for it recently. I have a few fond memories of coffee too. And I have cut back to 2 cups a day. It was surprisingly easy to do this after I went out and bought those new mugs. ;)

I know tea is supposed to have some health benefits, but then I've never really enjoyed it (except, possibly when eating in a Chinese restaurant). Whereas, it seems I like just about everything about coffee - the aroma, the flavor, the CAFFEINE...

And you know, it seems to me I just read lately that coffee may (that's what they always say, isn't it?) help to reduce the incidence of colon cancer. http://www.healthfinder.gov/news/newsstory.asp?docID=515602

I have fond memories of Postum. Do they still make it?

The Frog is right. Why not switch to tea? That is supposed to be good for you

Careful! Better make sure you know how the coffee was decaffeinated. Sometimes it's just better to drink the caffeine or switch to a different beverage entirely. Formaldehyde is used to decaffeinate some coffee. And what's the point of drinking coffee if you don't want the caffeine? Kind of like drinking alcohol-free beer. Well...there's always Postum.
