Arne Hess is probably quite right to say that developers are at fault for failing to program the Windows CE platform properly.

Or is it perhaps Microsoft's fault, for pretending that Windows CE is really Windows, and that you can just move all your Windows software over? Because clearly, you can't. You have to re-think how applications run on a machine that can only handle 32 processes. At three or more processes per program...
