The Crinella ProjectThe development of the Crinella property -- 70 acres on the south side of Highway 116 at Mirabel Road -- will be, as best I know, the largest development in the history of Forestville.
 
The project plan currently includes vineyards and a winery on the hill, a 20,000-square-foot commercial center next to the existing pharmacy/laundromat building, three dozen or so homes and perhaps 15 or so work/live units for artists/craftsmen.
 
Because of its size and complexity the Crinella Project will indelibly affect downtown Forestville for decades to come.
