Rules and regulations for Condominium Playa Azul III are contained in the Master Deed, Deed Number 15, in which the Horizontal Property Regime was established in the condominium known as Playa Azul III. It is registered on page 138 of volume 87, land number 4,652, Property's Registrar Office in Fajardo. The Horizontal Property Law, is now known as Condominium Law, Law 104 and amended and adopted by the owners in a document entitled "By-Laws for the Administration of the Condominium Playa Azul III" Additional amendments were adopted as law on March 16, 2005 and attached to the Master Deed on May 11, 2005. The Office of the Manager should have a copy for review and a copy will be part of the deed of title when purchase is final.

hi! to the management and tenants , i own a condo just a few blocks from playa azul. i use the beach directly out back from your buildings. i just wanted to say great job on getting painted the walls out back with all those beautiful landscapes. who were the artists?? it gives the beach street a paradise feeling and looks 100% better. now if we can somehow get more trash cans on the beach and keep people from drinking on the beach. it would be cleaner and safer. rich

I am a new condo owner in blg 1 and have a question about a tax form 480.30? There is some confusion over whether I need to submit this form in connection with the purchase of the apartment? I do not intend to rent or make a profit from it, so I don't think it applies to me even though I am a non-permanent resident. Am I right?

Hello everyone. Just had a great stay in PA I, just wanted to share my experience "not complaining just don't want you to get blind sided". Two of the elevators were inop due to upgrading, we had a rainstorm hit and there were no elevators for the rest of the day. Had to walk up 12 stories. I was wondering how people with health or handicap conditions were handling this situation. A friend in town lent me her car, but the security guard wanted to charge me $20.00 to park where I had already payed to stay. I chose to park outside. I was there last year during the same time frame and a red camaro (inoperable) was parked in the same spot for a year, had not been towed, but yet they wanted to charge me $20.00/week. Other than that had a great time, laundromat there was super. Safety in the area was not an issue, law enforcement everywhere in town, and food was within walking distance. I'll be back next year.
