Come to london ! You would love it! I have travelled to many places in the world and i still love home - england. you can find a good guy if you search hard enough - or just come here, hang out and don't search at all. when you don't look it's better - look for something else!! serendipity.

I've met many brit guys who are good looking, clever and fun to be around.
Unfortunatly they can also be a bit laddish and chauvinistic. I come from Sweden where most dads actually take parent leave (though not as much as the mothers) so the laddish side of brit guys is just plain unsexy to me.

i think my whole justification of why I want to date Brits from now on is that pretty much every boy I've dated in the past has had a nasty habit of being dishonest with me.
So if I have to listen to lies, they might as well be interlaced with a sexy accent.....

Funny how a Brit can describe getting dragged out of a pool of his own vomit & off to jail ... and it sounds so dignified ! Seriously, I admire (am jealous of) their ability to use the language so well. Would it make for better communication in a personal relationship ? Well ... it would still be something nice to listen to - no more or less than a face you like or a mannerism ... just one of the little things. I hear a lot of people say they like it... can't think of one who said they DIDN'T ! If you are looking for a blue car, why get a white one & then try to paint it ? Bonnie ! Make a list of the things you like & don't - when you meet someone you are attracted to, take him down with a leg-sweep. Then, heel on his neck, run your finger down the list. (Taking him down is mainly to judge if you'll be able to get to the fish & chips first when you are married.) If he doesn't fit ... remember ... you will NEVER change him. Well, we can be trained, but there are limits ;) Remember though, no matter how WELL he fits, if you can't take him down ... well, you have to think of priorities, you know... I say ... go on vacation !

Actually, my sister just got engaged to someone from outside Birmingham, and he'll be moving in with the rest of us once he gets his house sold. I agree with what you have to say about why Brits rock, although I can't speak from personal experience on the matter.

Because honestly I've been there a few times, and um... there aren't that many cute brit guys. And the ones that are cute you see on tv or in movies.
They've got great accents though.

Tell me why I should or shouldn't ditch Americans and start dating Brits instead.
