a boy running to a pastor, the pastor lures the boy (with cake) and finally they walk away after the terrible deed the pastor had performed upon the boy (the boy looks depressed or so very sad)... rape.

Ahh, start at the bottom and end at the top.

The sailor is in a "Russian" looking navel uniform. He is actually dancing a folk dance in the first frame indicating his joy for communism. Second fram: Priest shows sailor birthday cake representing the birth of Christ, it must be Christmas!! Third frame: sailor regecting christian beliefs from inidation of "communist indoctranation" walks away confused, and sad....as a world he never knew about has been revieled to him, the priest walks away feeling sad for the state of the "modern" Russia.

the priest is smiling, and pleased that the child is so carefree. i think that he offers the sweets to try and befriend the person, and make his own life enjoyable. but the two must part and the priest looks over his shoulder, longing to be more like him. maybe the wise one is learning more from the child about his own loss of pleasure. perhaps regret. then maybe the monk has a child and misses it. or another regret, that he did not have children of his own. perhaps he is considering following along and learning to enjoy life more.

The gay priest is so happy to see his lover, the sailor. The sailor leaps with joy when he sees the priest. The priest has known the sailor ever since he was a small boy, and in fact suggested joining the Navy.

The sailor surprises the priest with the cake. "Happy Birthday!" says the sailor. "I remembered!"

"I cannot accept this cake," says the priest, who is very conservative. "It is a sin to celebrate one's birthday. That is a devilish Pagan ritual. We must only celebrate the birthday of Christ."

The sailor, crushed, turns away. The priest didn't like his gift. The priest, slightly troubled, turns away to hide his manly emotions.

I agree with eraserhead. It pretty much is a piece of crap, and I would rather spend my time working on my mad skillz at drawing. I like your sleeves, by the way.

Frame 1:
The sailor has a problem. There is a hole in his sock, or perhaps a growth on his foot. He is delighted to finally meet the priest, who has a reputation for having a connection to a very powerful god. The sailor dances with joy while he asks the priest for help.

Frame 2:
The priest produces a birthday cake with a single candle. The sailor would need many more candles, if it was his birthday, and it isn't. He says as much.

The priest explains that although it's one cake, with one candle, it has three Divine Layers. The sailor confesses stupidity. The priest tells him that's ok, because this is a Mystery of the Holy Church.

Then the priest says "Take this cake and eat of it, for this is God's Gall Bladder." which doesn't make any sense at all to the poor sailor, but he eats the cake, candle and all. The cake is pretty good, but the frosting is a bit too sweet, giving him a toothache. He admits that the foot thing seems less important now that he has the dental pain, but still feels let down somehow.

Frame 3:
The sailor turns away, sad that he now needs a dentist and a sock. But behold! A miracle has happened! The holy sock, (or growth) is now on the other foot! The priest looks to the sky, and winks at the Flying Spaghetti Monster. (Not shown.)
The priest is out of cake, and goes off to prepare a dribble glass for the next seeker.

It might symbolize that indulging in sin a priest condems not only his soul but those he sins with.

The person on the right is a Sufi, levitating.

The person on the left is a Western monk, and ffers FOOD to the levitating Sufi, in a thinly disquised effort to control the Sufi's consciousness with material things.

The Sufi rejects the offer, and turns away.

The monk, being defeated, "dusts off his hands" and turns away himself.

It's an Allegory!
The sailor(innocent child) is enjoying life until he reaches the age of Reason, at which point the priest (Roman Catholic church) Presents him with a breadlike object (communion) and the Sailor takes it, but is saddened and turns away(was happier before being told what sin was and turns away from the guilt)

The monk awards the sailor a prize for his trick and is surprised when the sailor walks off with the cake under his hat!
