Just purchased XDA2 for £300. If I unlock it to use Vodaphone (necessary for business),& bust it,money wasted!!!

Hey dont worry it simply means you get a contract only phone on pay as you go.No strings but you could pay up to double for it.Im getting the o2 xda2 for £475.Im putting an orange txt saver in there.

I dont suppose you know if the xda2 is unlocked from o2 can it then be used abroad ie in belgium on Proximus network. Someone said that the gprs setting may clash with the Proximus set up. Would be interested in any info available Virginia

The PDA business is not flourishing; most people want a smart phone. But the smartphone PDAs, like the XDA II are popular. And people do resent having to use the O2 network - and now, they have a choice. It almost certainly breaches the terms and conditions, I guess; but what can the networks do about it? Not a lot, surely?
