All posts that related to the PO shootings, in my opinion, are relevant to Postal EEO Issues since they are an unfortunate consequence of the continual, unrelentnes and undisciplined discrimination that is perpetrated upon Postal Employees each and every day.

The EEO process is nothing more than a farce set up by the federal government in which to protect the postal service. If you do win your case you never receive the monetary award because no one forces the EEO or the USPS to pay off and square up. Seems like the lady had the right idea in California.

I have no problem with the Un EEO.It justs gives me an excuse not to pay any Federal taxes.No taxation without representation.Also,I am sorry to say that Star Jones and Coretta was both injured fighting over a 5 meal chicken meal at Popeyes.Coretta susposedly has died,and Star has gotten fatter.

now is the time to contact your political reps.Request a congressional investigation.I have no doubt the shooter was on disability due to being abused by managers.Lets stop the shootings.contact your reps!Lets all pray for the victims.
