My attorney told me to call the PI but to me if it is a waste of time why bother. Better to Focus on the important. I tinks he wants more money. And I thought as you, even though I have proof it will just bring further heat on me. PO injury comp I am sure is also in on this. I am sure PO injury comp is at fault at this though. I have gone over years of paperwork in which it shows on a number of my injuries management held me at the office (work injury) until they had called PO injury comp and then faxed paperwork to my dr stating they have reason to believe this was not a work injury. I didn't know about any of this stuff at the time. I was ny-eve (don't know how to spell) and thought managment cared about me. Little did I know. Pi's I am sure are for management not "ME."
