I don't know about you, but I don't think too many people would like that part about " missing parts of the skull" being replaced by "dental cement". The operation sounds like it would be very involved, very high-risk. Therefore, the need for someone to be wired up to this type of technology must be enormously great in order to justify the risk. It's definitely not a toy or something to play around with. Only people who absolutely "need" this would go for it. Now, we must define "need". People have gotten along without this for centuries.
