In the three years that my wife and I have lived in Ocean Park, I have seen what appears to be unchecked development - something is being crammed into every last inch of space everywhere I look every day. The look and feel of Ocean Park is what brought me here, and in three short years that look and feel has disappeared. The furious development I have witnessed will ultimately decrease the property values of this entire community, and will most certainly continue to destroy the integrity of this community. Virginia Beach doesn't need two Oceanfronts!
