"We are relatively new residents to the Ocean Park area. However, the congestion on Shore Drive with the current population loading is significant - more than we had in Northern Virginia. Adding significantly more people in this area will make it worse, and destroy one of the only natural scenes in the area. Please show us that the Council is not controlled by the developers.
