Debbie and I just got home....WOW!!! What an experience! Fair seas, and light wind both going and coming. This was our first trip to Catalina, and what a neat way to get there for our first visit! There will be more reports coming......so stand-by!
Thank you again to the SoCal Potter's for letting us enjoy your company!
Sincerely,
Don and Debbie Boyko "Quality Time II"

We are packed up, hitched up and about to hit the road. Should arrive at the launch ramp between 9 and 10PM, rig and then grab a few hours of sleep.
See you all in the early morning!

Sure wish I was going with you! Have fun and stay safe! For the past few weeks I have been sending identical messages that pertain to events or articles that have been posted on the West Wight Potter Owners Home Port Web site. To ensure that every known Potter Owner is advised of whatever Im trying to advise them about, I have been sending the same message to the following Potter Associations: SoCal Potters Northwest Potters East Coast Potter Association Yahoo WWPotters Yahoo WWPotter_Owners For some strange reason some people have suggested that this might be overkill! <G> Seriously, I know that no one likes their email box cluttered up with identical messages, and thankfully most people have been very nice and just delete the extra ones! But, in an effort to eliminate some of the clutter, I am going to try to limit my mailing efforts to just the two Yahoo Potter Groups. Yahoo WWPotters Yahoo WWPotter_Owners If you belong to both you will get two identical messages for short while, but soon I hope to be using only the Yahoo WWPotter_Owners mailing list. If you wish to receive information about forthcoming Potter events and interesting Potter articles, plus other Potter activities, please take the time to join the Yahoo WWPotter_Owners Group if you are not already a member. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WWPotter_Owners/All you need is a Screen name and a password to join! If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at: BGN5731@aol.com Thank you, Bill Nolen http://www.wwpotterowners.com

Debbie and I are all packed and departing the house. We'll head down to Mission Bay to de-rig the boat and hopefully will depart sometime late morning. We should be at the ramp between 1300 and 1400. We'll also do some last minute provisioning locally.
Man, I can't believe the day has come!
Drive safely, and we'll see everyone at the ramp!

Gary, Sent you email. Thanks for the salad update. I won't bring any.
Looks like about 10 boats and about 17 or so people by my count of respondents. Good weather too!
See y'all there. Hopefully on time. If I get done getting ready today, I may make it tonight.

Ok Denny here is your answer:
Salad = Potato and possibly carrot depending on time.
I will also bring Lettuce, tomato and onions since you are bringing pizza, clam chowder and beer.
So remember, I will see you at the launch area (point A) at 5am sharp.
I sent you an email but received no answer. I lost your cell # when I performed an upgrade on my cell. Send me an email: ghalliburton@earthlink.net.

OK, The day has arrived!
We will be on the road this morning; doing a bit of shopping along the way and hopefully will be in the parking area around 12:00 if all goes well. Do some last minute potluck shopping at the grocery and planning dinner at nearby Hoffs Hut.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.

RE: Jo Joma:
What a great surprise Tom. Looking forward to catching up on all the new things you have learned hanging out with all the Pacific North West Pros.
You can leave your trailer in the parking area but you will still have to spend the daily parking as if your truck was there. Bring a plastic baggy and some tough tape to attach the ticket to the trailer near the ball receiver (thats where the hang the parking tickets). The other thing to be aware of is when you pay at the gate the time starts ticking. So you may be able to plan ahead to keep from having to double pay to get the truck back into the parking area.
