Interestingly, that site suggests Orange as a Danger partner. "In addition, Danger is in discussions with Orange S.A. targeting delivery of the Hiptop Wireless Solution to European consumers in 2003," it says. TTPCom is one of the providers of technology: "Danger is working with several technology providers, including ... TTPCom who provides their GSM/GPRS protocol stack for the Hiptop Device Design."
Wonder what happened to the Orange negotiations?

Orange isn't, after all, the first European partner. But the deal is done and E-Plus will have the first German rights to the hip top...

does anyone have an updated info on a release date (if ever) for the hiptop in the UK? Why are UK networks dragging their feet?
