There is a large disconnect between this growing opposition to the Iraq war and the anti-war movement. Unless this gap is closed -- unless common ground is found -- it's not going anywhere.
The Administration is filling its quota through patriotic advertising. All these "critics" in the military can, and will be, replaced. The hope is they will be out of Iraq, or on a normal rotation, before the newbies turn into Vietnam-era roadkill.
I have worked with Georgiafordean, and I have been amazed at the lack of understanding there on how important, vital it is to do things like Meetups in places like Ft. Stewart, Warner-Robins, and other military towns.
