Carrie - Natalie is on only 15 mg of the solutabs a day. We are doing a very gradual schedule - even more gradual than the doctor's recommendation. We started with 3 days on and 1 day off. Next week, we will do 2 days on and 1 day off. Then, we will do two weeks of 1 day on and 1 day off. If she handles that, then we'll do 1 day on and two days off for two weeks. If that works fine, then we'll take her completely off. So, it's very gradual. I'm doing that because we know that the cold turkey approaches haven't worked in the past and are hoping that her system will adjust gradually if she doesn't really need it. We're also doing it that way because it's possible that even if she can't go completely off of it, she could handle a lower dose. This would let us know.
