Earlier this week at the Republican governors conference Bush labeled the NEA a terrorist organization. I think the NEA needs to respond to this.

You've got to be kidding! Damn right the NEA should respond.

What will Bush do next? Invade the Kennedy Center? Is that where the WMDs are?

Gioia Is Changing the NEA

From "an organization which has traditionally seen itself as serving the arts community into an agency which serves the American people.'' I guess what he means to say is that those who have ponied up to the trough for the last little while will be feeding next to some new folks. I just find it so hard to trust anyone who has W's support.
