Nanotechnology should not be viewed as an economic holy grail. This is the polar opposite of the view of nanotechnology as a 'Frankenstein’s' monster' that various environmental groups hold. Both are extremist views and are equally dangerous. Nanotechnology is just another technology to add to our quiver of scientific knowledge.
